What is your take on Sequels?

Sequels are great! The more the better!
Eh, one or two here and there are cool...but don't over do it.
They're good if they further the story of the previous one.
Sequels that are Sequels in title, style and possibly world are cool...but that's it. The other kinds just make the characters old and worn out.
