Billy and Mandy's Jacked up Halloween. Ok, I've grown to really like this show. it's like Halloween every episode..but this particular one involves Billy dressed up as Grim for Halloween, and for the costume he's stolen Grim's Scythe. Well the imbacile stumbles on Jack-O-Lantern's door...aaaand the villain steals the scythe and starts to wreak havok.
